Chris Kanakis Guest DJ Radio Host on W~O~G~L FM Philly for 80's at 8
He picks his top 3 80s songs and discusses the political relevance of Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation, Aretha Franklin and her influence on his viral Whos Zoomin Who dance Photo shoot of 2017 and even sings a little bit of "Bette Davis Eyes" by Kim Carnes! Due to the CoronaVirus and Social Distancing he had to record his segment by cell phone. Please note that the 3 songs were edited out of this clip to focus on his segments for his portfolio/proof of works.

Arm day at the gym in a cool 90's tshirt(s) parts 1-3

Arm day at the gym in a cool 90's tshirt(s) parts 1-3
parts 1-3 combined (now categorized by muscle).  If youtube video doesn't load well try the vidme link. Sometimes vidme loads/looks better on mobile devices.

The purpose of these videos is to show the world to never give up the strive for positivity, fun and well being. Stay active doing what you love and when possible combine them. If you like going to the gym and you like the late 80's/early 90's then... lift vintage, lol

Kanakism: "Just because someone does not have low self esteem doesn't mean they think they are "perfect"...always give someone a chance before you judge otherwise you become a jaded old fool, who done forgot that "golden rule"
